Brief

We were approached by Little Projects Co to develop a brand for 20 Mary Avenue, Broadbeach, that stepped away from the usual ‘couple on beach’ marketing approach.

The brand and campaign objective was to create a distinctive wave in the market, whilst feeling connected to the development design and sensibilities.

Approach

We went against the grain of the familiar clichéd, soft-focus campaigns and developed a distinctively original brand and campaign to mirror the architecture and opportunity of the location.

The colours of Broadbeach’s sea and sky bring the brand to life within a striking ‘Pencil’ window motif.

Stunning cinematic video capture and imagery engages the senses and creates a sense of wonder, while celebrating the uninterpreted views from the park below to the skies above.

Outcome

The digital experience for Aperture capitalised on the striking colour gradients and the epic nature of the campaign films and helped the development set the benchmark for Gold Coast residential property campaigns. The response to the campaign launch resulted in hundreds of pre-approved potential purchasers.
